Can I just say WOW! The hair.is.just.wow and the dress is sparkly! I LOVE IT!
But, Maybe the hair could use some highlights.. But, The whole outfit is perfect! and it's perfect for Mya!
I rate the outfit 9 out of 10 cupcakes (Cuz I ate one lol)

2nd... JennySwift

OMG! The dress is perfect! Floral really does makes everything better

And the bob is sooooo kawaii! The dress could add some more extra accessories here and there

But, I rate this outfit 10 out of 10 cupcakes ( The bob is just perfect )
